Visually Impaired Cricket Association of Bengal (VICAB) is the only registered organisation in West Bengal working for the development of Blind cricket, other sports played by the blind people in Bengal & doing various social works.

Nowadays, with the advancement of science workability of blind have been increased by many folds. Presently they are capable of doing such things which were unimaginable in the recent past. Scopes of education in different fields, workability in professional fields and in the fields of normal livelihood have been improved a lot. Most of the common people are devoid of the above-mentioned knowledge. Under the cover of this tournament, our aim is to propagate the above-mentioned knowledge among the common people as well as in the children.
